Everything about this product is good. It comes with picture directions, could probably use some literature to go with it. kinda confusing. Only true complaint was that the Lag bolts that screw into the wall were alittle smaller that I would of liked. I actually snapped the head off of one of them putting it into my wall. Thats kind of a problem. But other than that it is a good product.
